This villa is located in Veranda Palms, a gated vacation resort with communal amenities. The stunning clubhouse has an arcade, fitness center, close by playground and 9 hole “putt-putt” mini golf along with volleyball and basketball courts. There is resort style zero entry adult pool and a splash playground pool, has a lazy river, cabanas, double water slide and pool side bar. Disney is just 9 miles away.
The living room features plush sofas, TV and a door to the pool. Adjacent is a dining area which is behind a fully equipped kitchen.
The garage has been converted into a games room and has an air-hockey table and a pool table.
There is a utility room with a washer and dryer and a downstairs cloakroom with access to the pool.
The pool faces south and has a Spa; this can only be heated when pool heating is added for an extra charge. There are no rear neighbours, giving a degree of privacy.

There is an additional optional charge to heat the pool/spa. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
Resort parking rules:
The resort only allows 3 cars do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or you will be fined.
3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway as to not block the sidewalk
