This 4 bedroom home was built in 2017 and is located on the prestigious gated resort of Providence, a golfing community set within conservation. There is also a fabulous clubhouse with a large restaurant and two swimming pools, one resort style with slides and a fitness centre, plus tennis courts and an 18 hole golf course. Disney is an approximate 20 minute drive. As of the 1st May 2024 Providence Golf and Country Club have introduced a “Common area recreational facilities” fee. The daily Fee is $10 per adult and is not subject to tax. Children under the age of 16 will be free but must always be accompanied by an adult. The fee covers access to the pool areas and gym and is only required if guests wish to use these amenities. Payment has to be made at the clubhouse front desk when checking in to use the pool and gym and payment can only be made in cash. Guests staying here have complimentary use of the amenities which include a clubhouse with a resort style pool, fitness centre, children’s play area, games room, internet cafe and a lounge.
