One of the newest villa resorts to be built recently, guests staying here have use of the communal facilities which include: 24/7 Security Gated 6500 sq. ft. Resort Style Swimming Pool 20 ft. Dual Waterslides Massive Pool Deck Lazy River Kids Splash Zone Full-Service Bar and Restaurant Cabanas Fitness Center Game Room Firepit with views of Fireworks Basketball Court Sand Volleyball Court Soccer Field 9-Holes of Mini Golf The villa is on two levels and has one master bedroom downstairs. The front door opens directly to  the living area, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a door to the pool. Off the kitchen is a downstairs cloakroom with a door to the pool. The remaining bedrooms are upstairs as well as a second living area with 2 cinema style seats, bean bags and a wall mounted TV.
