Important Notes:

  • Accessibility: The resort is only accessible by boat. A compulsory speedboat transfer from the resort pier is required (fee applies, but from May 1, 2026, complimentary shared transfers on a fixed schedule are included with 24-hour advance reservation).
  • Renovations: Swimming pools and the tennis court will be under renovation on various dates between April and October 2026. Noise may be experienced during the day (08:30-17:00).
  • Restaurant Closure: Krua Phranang restaurant will be closed for maintenance from 16 April – 4 May 2026 (Thai lunch and dinner will be served at Raya Dining instead).
  • Beach: The beach is public; visitor numbers can increase significantly during holidays. The hotel does not place sun loungers directly on the beach, but they are available by the pool and at The Umbrella Tree Court.
  • New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner: A compulsory gala dinner on 31 December is included for the standard occupancy (2 persons in 1-bedroom, 4 persons in 2-bedroom units). Additional guests will be charged.
  • Credit card used for booking must match the guest name and be presented at check-in. Third-party bookings require prior authorization.
  • Boat Transfer: Advance booking at least 24 hours prior to arrival is mandatory for the included/paid shared speedboat transfer; otherwise, a private transfer at extra cost will be required. Krabi Airport van transfers are available at an additional fee (THB 1,413 net per person per way).
