Updated Terms & Conditions:

  • Applicable to all room categories.
  • A minimum length of stay (MLOS) of 4 nights is required.
  • The number of tickets issued will be equivalent to the number of guests staying in the room per night.
  • Guests are entitled to one park entry per person per day during their stay period (e.g., a 7-night stay entitles each guest to 7 entries, one per day).
  • No second entry will be issued on the same day – guests returning from the waterpark for lunch will not receive another ticket.
  • Operating hours: 10 AM until sunset.
  • Day Pass includes access to the Waterpark & Beach area only.

Age Classification:

  • Infant/Children: Below 3 years old (Free of Charge).
  • Child: 3 to 7 years old and below 1.2 meters in height.
  • Adult: Above 7 years old and above 1.2 meters in height.

Ticket Issuance & Usage:

  • Tickets are for hotel guests only, with tracking of room number, guest name, confirmation number, and number of guests, maintained by the Guest Relations team.
  • Vouchers will be issued individually by the Guest Relations team for each guest.
  • The voucher is valid only for the date, room number, and guest name stated and is non-transferable. Multiple entries are not permitted with the same voucher.

Additional Information:

  • The hotel will provide complimentary daily shuttle services to and from the waterpark. Guests may also use their own transport or taxis.
  • Towels and lockers are available for rent at Aquaventure Waterpark at an additional cost.
  • Guests are permitted to take towels from the Hotel Pool & Beach Reception to the waterpark, subject to terms and conditions.
