This single storey home is located int The Manor at Westhaven, Davenport and will sleep 8 people.

West Haven is a large estate made of six smaller communities, each with its own gated entrance. There is also a clubhouse (located at the entrance to The Dales at Westhaven) with amenities which include:

• Communal pool
• Tennis
• Volleyball
• Fitness centre

This spacious villa has an oversized pool and a large south-west facing pool deck with views to the rear overlooking conservation. The pool has a Spa – this can only be heated when pool heating is added. There is a shaded lanai and a pool safety fence.

The villa is on one level;immediately inside the front door on the right-hand side is the formal dining area with seating for eight people.

Straight ahead from the front door is the family lounge with two sofas, a flat screen TV and patio doors leading to the pool deck. To the right of the lounge is the open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar and seating for two people. There’s also a table which seats four people in an area adjacent to the kitchen.

There is a well equipped games room in the garage with a pool table, Foosball table, air -hockey and table tennis.

More Information

There is an additional optional charge  to heat the pool/spa. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
