The accommodation is on one level; the lounge has tiled flooring, a wall mounted TV and a door to the pool. Off the lounge is a fully equipped kitchen and there is a separate utility room with a washer and dryer.
The garage has been converted into a games room and features an air-hockey table and a pool table.
The pool faces south and has a spa; this can only be heated when pool heating is added and is recommended November- April for an additional charge. There is a shaded lanai, outdoor furniture and a pool safety fence.

There is an additional optional charge to heat the pool/spa. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
Resort parking rules:
The resort only allows 3 cars do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or you will be fined.
3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway as to not block the sidewalk
