This single storey home is located in Tuscany at Westside, located off Westside Boulevard in Kissimmee and just 20 minutes to Disney. The community itself does not have any on-site amenities that other developments offer but this will suit those visitors to Orlando that are looking for a peaceful community in the heart of the area and spending most of the time just relaxing or visiting the Orlando Attractions.

The villa is on 1 level and is tastefully furnished. There is a stylish kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite worktops, a dining table and chairs and a breakfast bar. This overlooks the living room which has a 52 inch wall mounted TV and a door to the pool.

The pool backs onto conservation with no rear neighbours and has a Spa; this can only be heated when pool heating is added. There is a shaded lanai and pool furniture.

The garage has been converted into a games room and features a pool table, Foosball table, dart board and air-hockey. A utility cupboard hosts the washer and dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi is provided.

More Information

There is an additional optional charge  to heat the pool/spa. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.

Resort parking rules:
The resort only allows 3 cars do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or you will be fined.

3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway as to not block the sidewalk
