This villa is located in the gated community of Highgrove, which sits at the intersection of Highway 192 and Highway 27 , which is just 6 miles from Disney’s Magic Kingdom. There are restaurants and shops, including a Walmart nearby. Community facilities include a heated swimming pool, separate spa, well-equipped gym, games room, crazy golf and children’s play area.

The accommodation is on one level and will sleep up to 8 with the use of a sofa bed in the lounge. The open floor plan offers a living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with a door to the pool. The villa is s wheelchair adapted with an accessible shower. There are ramps for the front door and also out to the beautiful pool area plus a battery powered chairlift into the pool and also an accessible handrail to support entry into the water.

The garage has been converted into a games room with a pool table and air-hockey. There is a washer & dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi is provided

The pool deck faces south and there are no rear neighbours. There is a shaded lanai with a table and chairs + 4 sun loungers

There is an additional optional charge  to heat the pool. Pool heating is recommended Nov- Apr.

Resort parking rules:
The resort only allows 3 cars do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or you will be fined.

3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway as to not block the sidewalk
