Tuscan Hills is a gated community off Highway 27, Davenport and guests have use of a clubhouse, gym, tennis court and volleyball court, plus a play area to amuse the children

This villa is a few minutes walk from the Clubhouse and is on one level. There is an open plan lounge with a door to the pool and a 65 inch 4K TV.  Adjacent is a dining area for 8 and opposite is a kitchen & breakfast bar with 4 stools. The main bedroom is to the right of the lounge and has a King-size bed, a door to the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom with a separate shower. Bedroom 2 is on the opposite side of the lounge and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a door leading to the pool deck. Bedroom 3 is to the right of the front door and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 4 and 5 have twin beds and share a bathroom. 

The garage has been converted into a games room and features a pool table, air hockey and Foosball table; the villa is also equipped with a washer and dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi is provided.

The pool has a Spa and  privacy hedges on all sides; there is a shaded lanai and a BBQ is availble for a small fe

More Information

There is an additional optional charge  to heat the pool/spa. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.

Resort parking rules:
The resort only allows 3 cars do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or you will be fined.

3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway as to not block the sidewalk.
