Carlisle Bay is a luxury all inclusive, all suite resort looking out over white sand and turquoise water  and welcomes couples and families alike. Located on the southwest coast of the island, transfer time from the airport is approximately 30 minutes.

The hotel can be booked on either Bed & Breakfast, Half Board or All Inclusive options.

The beach offers dedicated family and adult-only areas. The calm waters are good for swimming and snorkelling, and you can take up complimentary, non-motorised water sports − including kayaking, sailing, windsurfing, paddleboarding and snorkelling.

There are 87 exquisitely-appointed suites at Carlisle Bay all with sweeping ocean views through floor-to-ceiling windows. All feature a balcony or covered terrace with comfortable day beds . Beach suites with 2 bedrooms are perfect for families and Bay Suites (adults only) with dedicated butler service, a complimentary vodka and rum drinks tray each evening and a more private location along the crescent-shaped beach are a perfect choice for couples.

  • Garden Suites are spacious open-planned suites with a large bathroom, steps down to a separate living area and terrace or balcony with tropical garden or partial sea views. Sleeping two adults in a king-sized four-poster bed, they are able to accommodate up to three guests, including children of all ages
  • Ocean Suites have a balcony with views over the gardens to the ocean. Each suite features a king-sized four-poster bed and comfortably accommodates two adults, with the option to host one additional child of any age. 
  • Beach Balcony Suites are located on the family-dedicated area of the resort, the upper level Beach Balcony Suites have the advantage of two separate bedrooms and a balcony off the master bedroom with beach views. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and the second bedroom has twin beds for up to two children to the age of 15. 
  • Bay Suites are tucked away at the most secluded end of Carlisle Bay’s crescent-shaped beach, the Bay Suites offer an intimate, adults-only oceanfront retreat.
    As part of the Bay Suite experience, guests receive the following- subject to a four night stay minimum: 
    • Access to a personal concierge with direct contact throughout your stay

    • A choice of vodka, gin, or rum at your private in-room bar

  • Beach Terrace Suites are the same in layout and configuration as the Bay Suites except that they are on ground level with direct access onto the beach. All have a spacious open-plan layout, 1 king-size bed with living area plus an additional second bedroom with 2 single beds. Sleeps maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
  • Carlisle Suites    There are two types of Carlisle Suite each comprising two king-size bedded rooms and one twin bedded room, all ensuite. Both also feature large sitting room areas extending onto the outdoor terraces, offering expanded living areas for your family or group. Carlisle Suite A also boasts a kitchen making it ideal for entertaining or preparing snacks and drinks. Carlisle Suite B has an L-shaped terrace giving you those uninterrupted views in every direction. They will sleep a maximum of 6 people.
  • Carlisle Bay offers a comprehensive range of complimentary non-motorised water sports on site, including kayaking, sailing, windsurfing and paddle boarding. Motorised watersports are provided in a neighbouring cove to prevent disturbances to the tranquility of Carlisle Bay. These are chargeable activities
