Dining at the Atlantis the Royal

We are pleased to share that the Atlantis Explorers Club at Atlantis The Royal will undergo a significant renovation, as part of continued efforts to enhance the family offering and deliver enriching, world-class experiences for younger guests. To facilitate this exciting transformation, the Atlantis Explorers Club will be temporarily closed from 01st July until October 2025 (reopening date to be confirmed).

In the interim, a range of thoughtfully curated alternatives will ensure families continue to enjoy exceptional experiences across the resort:

Family Area at the Royal Pool

  • Open to children aged 3 to 12 years, who must be potty-trained and diaper/pull-up free.
  • Parental/guardian supervision is required at all times. In accordance with Dubai Municipality regulations, drop-off services are not permitted in non-certified areas; therefore, staff supervision will not be available.
  • No babysitting or meal services will be provided in this area.
  • Complimentary water will be offered throughout the day.
  • A selection of toys, crafts, games, and video consoles will be available for all age groups.

Atlantis Explorer Club – Atlantis, The Palm

  • No advance booking required; access is based on availability.
  • Registration available via the Atlantis Dubai app or with on-site assistance.
  • QR codes will be displayed in the Royal Pool cabanas to facilitate registration.

Guests from Atlantis The Royal will receive three daily sessions:

  • Morning: 10:00 – 13:00
  • Afternoon: 14:00 – 18:00
  • Evening: 19:00 – 23:00

Age Restrictions:  

  • Little Explorers Soft Play (ages 0–3): Parental supervision required.

Complimentary Drop-Off & Pick-Up Shuttle Service

  • Two air-conditioned buggies (capacity: 8 children each) will operate between Atlantis The Royal and Atlantis, The Palm.
  • Designated drop-off/pick-up point: Royal Pool Cabana #1 (upper deck) at Atlantis The Royal, operational beyond 19:00 solely for this service.
  • Operating hours: 09:45 to 23:00, based on demand.

Age Restrictions:  

  • Little Explorers Soft Play (ages 0–3): Parental supervision required.
  • Atlantis Explorers Club (ages 4–12): Child-only access for fully potty-trained children.

Baby Sitting Services

  • Available for guests staying at Atlantis The Royal, either in-room or at the Atlantis Explorers Club – Atlantis, The Palm.
  • Services must be booked at least 24 hours in advance via phone at +971 4 426 3000 or email at theroyal.explorers@atlantisdubai.com.
  • Children will be transported with dedicated 1:1 care, using the same buggies as the Explorers Club service.
  • Mid-service transitions will not be possible, and all arrangements must be confirmed in advance.
  • Charges will apply as per the standard babysitting fee structure.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

  • Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Credit card details are required to confirm the booking.
  • Bookings are held for 30 minutes past the reserved time.
  • Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to avoid charges.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge of 50% of the reserved price.

Cuisine

  • Offering Mediterranean cuisine.
  • Any dietary requirements or food intolerances should be communicated prior to arrival.
  • Menu is subject to change and availability.

Smoking Policy
