One & Only the Palm is a luxury beachfront resort, located on Dubai’s iconic Palm Jumeirah, occupying a secluded location at the end of the  West Crescent, offering rooms, suites and beachfront villas. Palm Manor House rooms offer garden views, and Palm Beach Rooms offer a beachfront setting, with beachfront garden views. Guests can choose to stay on a bed & breakfast or half board basis.

There are three superb restaurants to choose from, all under the expert guidance of three Michelin star chef Yannick Alléno. ZEST is the main restaurant where breakfast is served and is open for lunch and dinner; 101 Dining Lounge & Marina is an a la carte seafood restaurant overlooking the water or enjoy French cuisine at STAY, awarded a prestigious two stars in the Dubai Michelin Guide.

Hotel amenities include the One and Only Spa by Guerlain which has an adult only pool,  fitness centre, manicure and pedicure salon, and a hair salon. Children can enjoy the “Kids Only” club with a variety of daily activities, a playground and pool. Those under 4 years old must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian and children under five years old must be in the presence of their parents at all times when swimming within the pools.
