Exclusive benefits of staying in a 2 or 3 bedroom family suite are as follows: early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability), private check-in, pool or beach cabana (subject to availability), turndown amenities (upon request), local English or Arabic newspaper, daily International English newspaper (upon request), complimentary VIP amenities on arrival, complimentary laundry service for 3 items once per stay, complimentary use of non-motorized watersports (2 hours per stay).
While parents indulge in an Anjana Spa treatment, younger guests are occupied with a full schedule of supervised activities at Rixy Kids Club offering a variety of entertainment and leisure activities for ages 4 – 12, as well as their own private swimming pool.
The timetable for sporting activities, daytime and evening entertainment, and Rixy Kids Club programmes may vary and are subject to change or cancellation due to weather conditions or operational
requirements. (Programme may vary from season to season i.e Summer time)
According to the hotel’s concept, check-in time is at 15:00, check-out time is at 12:00. After check-out, you are no longer entitled to use the resort’s facilities and if you wish to stay longer at the hotel’s
premises additional charges apply.

The dress code in all our a la carte restaurants is smart casual. Gentlemen are requested to wear full-length trousers, elegant jeans or tailored shorts, and closed shoes. Slippers or sandals are not allowed in our
a la carte restaurants. UAE traditional dress is welcome.
The housekeeping team will provide the turndown service only upon request (Except for certain room categories)
Guests must respect the local law. Accessing inappropriate websites as well as voice calls through WhatsApp, Viber, Skype, Messenger, FaceTime, IMO is strictly prohibited and restricted.
The brands included in the beverage concept may be replaced with equivalent alternatives due to possible changes in customs regulations or other factors beyond the hotel’s control. The hotel reserves the
right to offer an alternative beverage brand if a requested item is unavailable.
Pre reservation is mandatory for A-La-Carte Restaurants and subject to availability upon arrival at the “restaurant reservation desk” located in the lobby.
Additional charges will be applied for shisha service, room service, on-property retail outlets, motorised water sport and treatments in Anjana Spa.
Exclusive Sports Club classes have limited capacity and require advance booking. When attending Exclusive Sports Club classes, guests should bring their own towel and arrive at the activity area 5 minutes in
advance.

Alcohol is only served to guest 21 years old and above
Exclusive Sports Club minimum age requirement is 16 years old and above
Rixy Kids Club age limit is 4 to 12 years old
Anjana Spa minimum age requirement is 16 years old and above
